A local nationwide grocery giant is seeking 20 work from home Customer Service Representatives (for a 4-month fixed term contract) starting in May 2026 to support customers who are part of their loyalty programme.
In this role, you will provide high quality customer support across three communication channels which are phone, email and a live chat feature, using Salesforce CRM to manage customer information, log enquiries and complete accurate follow up.
You will be the first point of contact for loyalty related questions, account issues and general problem solving, often managing a high volume of interactions in a busy environment.
You will deliver clear, friendly service, keep detailed case notes and make sure customers receive timely and effective solutions.
What We Are Looking For: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident handling high volumes of phone, email and live chat enquiries • Ability to stay calm, friendly and professional under pressure • Good problem solving skills with a customer focused mindset • Confident using Salesforce CRM and the Microsoft Suite • Strong organisation and accuracy in note taking and follow ups • Patience, empathy and a down to earth approach when supporting customers • Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice criminal record check
Job Requirements
• Candidate must pass MOJ check • 6month+ of customer service experience in a phone/email based environment is ideal • CRM experience is ideal • Commitment to a 4 month fixed term contract
