Senior Fascia & Spouting Installer
About this job
The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining fascia, gutters, downpipes, and associated roof drainage systems on residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills, works safely at heights, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Install fascia boards, gutters, spouting, downpipes, and flashings
Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately (steel, aluminum, PVC, etc.)
Remove and replace damaged or old guttering systems
Ensure correct fall and alignment for effective water drainage
Seal joints and connections to prevent leaks
Read and follow plans, drawings, and site instructions
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
Job Requirements
Previous experience installing fascia and spouting
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying conditions
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
understanding of building and roofing practices
Good time management and reliability
