Are you looking to make a real difference in your community? We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers working with elderly clients in the community. Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below: Meal preparation, Community outings and integration, Personal Cares, Home Management.
We provide a career pathway to staff through the learning framework to achieve NZQA qualifications which are fully funded. You will earn between $23.50 - $29.10 per hour.
Job Requirements
Must reside within 15 km of the work area. Attitude - a desire to help and support others, achieving excellence in all you do. Previous healthcare work experience is desirable but, not essential. Excellent communication skills. Full or restricted driver's Licence and your own reliable transport. Police vetting and additional checks in order to be considered for this position.
