Evening Cleaner - Westfield Riccarton

We are seeking an Experienced Evening Cleaner to join our skilled team at Westfield, Riccarton.

You will be cleaning glass within the Mall, cleaning toilets, bathrooms, floors, bins etc and operating ride-on cleaning machinery, detail cleaning and refreshing consumables - so your attention to detail is a MUST!

About the role:

Perform a wide range of cleaning duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shopping mall. Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and techniques to handle specific cleaning tasks. Collaborate with the Contract Manager and other stakeholders to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is always held. Assist with other cleaning duties and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and Mall visitors.

-Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship. -Have a valid Driver’s License or live within close walking distance to Westfield Mall - as public transport is not available at this time of the day. -Ride on Cleaning equipment: 1 year (Required) -Detailed Commercial Cleaning: 1 year (Required) -Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check. -Physically fit to do the job - regularly lifting 10-20kg. -Must have reliable transportation to and from work. -Good attention to detail. -A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following training and instructions. -You must have good English communication skills, as all instructions and training are in English only.
