Tauranga based commercial cleaning company are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join their team. This role involves maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards across commercial premises, ensuring a safe and presentable environment for staff and clients.
Duties include: The collection and disposal of rubbish, change/replace bin liners. Dust, damp wipe, sanitise and polish sills, ledges, fixtures, fittings and furniture. Vacuuming carpets, furniture, edges and corners. Dust mopping, wet mopping, squeegee dry to remove dirt and build up. Spot clean, blade clean internal/external glass. Removal of dust and cobwebs from ceiling edge, air conditioning units, fan blades, light fittings and ceiling beams. Clean and sanitise walls, fixtures, fittings, basins, toilets, urinals and floors. Clean and sanitise fixtures, fittings, benches, sinks, cupboard fronts, appliances and floors. Clean and sanitise containment area and cleaning equipment. Clean and sanitise walls, stairs and hand rails. Clean, polish, and sanitise doors, surrounds and internal lift areas. Clean and polish push plates, kick plates, panels, basins and benches. Machine scrub, strip and polish, buffing and burnishing. Steam cleaning of carpets, mats and furnishings.
About You: Flexible available to work split shifts Previous commercial cleaning experience Good attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties Ability to pass a pre-employment, Police vetting and drug test
Job Requirements
- Have reliable transport to get to central meeting pick up point - where you will join the team and travel together in work vans to work locations across Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke, and Tauranga Port - Available to work 5 days per week includes, weekends, evenings, nights and early mornings - Ability to pass pre-employment checks - Police vetting and drug tests (specially to gain access to work on the Port) - Previous commercial cleaning experience - Apply with up to date CV

- 5 days per week - afternoon shift 3:30pm - 4:30pm (break then restart work evening 7pm - 2am. Morning shift - 8am - 10am (30 hours per week)
