About the Role
As our Senior FOH, you’ll be the heartbeat of the floor:
Leading and supporting the FOH team during service Delivering warm, attentive, and professional customer service Training and mentoring junior staff Managing bookings, floor plans, and smooth service flow Handling customer queries with confidence and care Working closely with owners and kitchen team to create exceptional experiences
About You
You’re someone who: Has proven Front of House experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role, minimum 2 years Leads by example and stays calm under pressure Loves people, hospitality, and creating memorable moments Is reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work Communicates clearly and positively with staff and customers Is available for evenings and weekends

Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass MOJ and Drug & Alcohol Check - Reliable Transport with Full or Restricted Drivers License - Minimum 2 years in Hospitality - Reliable, have initiative, and good at problem solving - Must be able to work weekends and evenings - Duty Managers certificate is ideal, but for the right candidate will consider - great with customers
