The SwimMagic Swim School based at Rotorua Aquatic Centre has opportunities for swim instructors to join the swim school team. Hours: • Part time (min of 2.75 hours per session) with multiple shifts available. • Flexible hours Approximate hours of shifts are: During School Hours for classes coming to the centre as part of their school activities. Optional extra hours may be available from time-to-time. This is a great opportunity for someone to get back into the workforce with school hours on offer.
Job Requirements
As a swim instructor your roles and responsibilities will include; but are not limited to: • Being Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic • Passionate about swimming and comfortable working with children of all ages. • Teaching children to swim • Making sure the pool area is kept clean and tidy • Having relevant experience would be advantageous but is not necessary. • A great communicator
