Operations Administrator and H&S Co-ordinator

This is a critical, multi-faceted role acting as the central "hub" for our operations. We are seeking a practical, resilient all-rounder to support the Director and field crews. This is not a traditional desk-bound receptionist role; it requires a candidate who is comfortable transitioning between an office environment and active construction sites. The successful candidate will facilitate smooth daily operations by managing Health & Safety compliance, providing executive assistance to the Director, and handling logistics. Job Requirements
● Resilience & Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a mixed environment (industrial yard/construction sites) and dealing with dust, noise, and variable weather. ● Communication: Clear, confident communication style. Ability to interact respectfully but firmly with a diverse range of stakeholders, from site crew to corporate clients. ● Digital Literacy: Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn job management software. ● Numeracy: Good mental arithmetic and attention to detail for measuring plans or site quantities. ● Transport: A full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License is essential. You must be confident driving a standard commercial vehicle (Ute) for work-related errands.
