Team Member

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pizza Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You may also be required to deliver pizzas to customers, so a valid driver’s license is preferred. You will contribute to achieving daily sales targets, monitor inventory levels, and support overall store operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and a variety of toppings, including vegetables and meats.

Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection by monitoring oven temperatures and cooking times.

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, inquiries, and order satisfaction.

Support daily sales targets and key performance indicators.

Monitor inventory levels and notify the Store Manager when supplies need replenishing.

Maintain a clean and sanitised workspace, ensuring all cooking utensils and equipment are properly sterilised.

Plate or package pizzas appropriately for dine-in or takeaway orders.

Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.

Process customer payments using various payment methods.

Deliver pizzas to customers when required, following safety standards and holding a valid driver’s license.
