We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team at a rest home in Waihi. This role supports the kitchen with daily food preparation, cleaning, and general duties to help provide quality meals for our residents.
Job Requirements
Assisting with basic food preparation Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times Following food safety and health & safety guidelines Assisting kitchen staff as required Supporting meal service when needed Honest, reliable, and punctual Reliable transport to and from work (essential) Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work as part of a team Good personal hygiene and work ethic Kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
