Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness across a range of commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sanitising kitchens and bathrooms, and safe rubbish disposal. Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, floor polishers, carpet cleaners, high-pressure cleaners) safely and effectively. Restock consumables and ensure hygiene standards are consistently maintained. Identify and report hazards, maintenance issues, or safety concerns. Carry out additional deep cleans or specialised cleaning tasks as required. Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and supplies. Minimum 1 years’ proven commercial cleaning experience. Confident using industrial cleaning machines, including floor polishers and high-pressure cleaners. Flexible to work rostered late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure. Hold a Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided). No criminal convictions; applicants must consent to an MOJ check if shortlisted and be prepared to disclose any previous convictions.
