Flooring Trainee

A local employer is seeking to hire a flooring labourer. An apprenticeship will be offered to the successful candidate after a 90-day trial period.
The role involves: preparing surfaces, cutting, and installing various flooring materials, including carpet, vinyl, and tiles.
The position requires physical fitness, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail to ensure a professional and durable finished product.
Job Requirements
-Must want to work in this Industry -Must be physically fit -Must be able to pass a drug test -Must be able to pass a Police check. No criminal convictions -Minimum of a restricted drivers licence and own transport to get to employers base in Te Rapa.
