Grocery Assistant
About this job
• Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide accurate product information. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and pricing options. • Operate the till and process payments via cash or EFTPOS. • Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves and setting up product displays. • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required. • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
