A well established, NZ owned HVAC company delivering high quality residential and commercial solutions across the Manawatu and Lower North Island, are seeking an experienced HVAC Team Leader/ Senior Technician to join their team. The role involves: Lead HVAC installations, servicing, and maintenance on site Supervise and support technicians and apprentices Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Install, commission, fault-find, and service HVAC systems Communicate professionally with clients and other trades Travel out of town when required (travel and accommodation provided)
Job Requirements
HVAC qualification or strong industry experience Proven experience leading jobs or teams on site Full NZ Driver’s licence NZ resident or legally entitled to work in NZ Strong work ethic and leadership skills Able to provide references Able to pass pre-employment drug test and police check

- Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week)
