Seasonal kiwifruit orchard work early March till end of September 2026, Looking for kiwifruit orchard workers. Hours 30-plus, subject to fruit clearances and weather conditions DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE: Enjoy outdoor work doing picking and winter pruning of both green and gold vines which can lead onto summer orchard work, are motivated and a good team player to work with us in the Mt Maunganui and Te Puke areas. This work involves being on your feet for long periods working with your hand above head and shoulder height. A reasonable level of fitness is required. Monday to Friday, with weekends possible depending on the amount of work ahead and any weather delays. Hours are 7.30am – 4pm, may be required to start earlier or run longer, again depending on amount of work and weather conditions.

For health and safety reasons, closed footwear must be worn on-orchard – gumboots are suitable.

Job Requirements

Must be physically fit and reliable Must have your own reliable transport to get to work and minimum restricted drivers licence if driving self. Criminal convictions considered on a case-by-case excluding any form of assault, theft, burglaries and fraudulent activities. Must be flexible to work on weekends Experience would be good but is not necessary as on-the-job training is given. Open to random drug testing
