Working for one of New Zealand’s largest pre-nail frame and truss manufacturers, deliver high-quality frames and trusses for residential and commercial projects, using cutting-edge technology to ensure precision and reliability.
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join a production team of employers in both Cambridge and Hamilton. The ideal candidate will have experience in hammer hand duties, labouring, building frames and trusses, and operating machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and assembly of frames and trusses - Perform labouring tasks to support production processes - Operate machinery safely and efficiently - Follow all safety guidelines and protocols - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals - Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Two different roles available, 40 hour weeks (Hamilton), and 55 hour weeks (Cambridge)

Job Requirements
- Must have Previous experience in hammer hand, labouring or machine operation. Frame and Truss experience a bonus - Must be physically fit with ability to lift 25kg+ consistently for 8-12 hours a day - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials - Team player with strong communication skills - Must pass Pre-employment checks: drug test and MOJ check

- Monday-Friday, Starting at 5:00AM or 5:00PM (12 hours shifts, 5 days/week), Occasional Saturday's (40 hours per week)
