A well-established visitor attraction is seeking a warm, professional, and people-focused Guest Experience Officer (Reception) to be the first point of contact for manuhiri.
In this role, you will create welcoming, friendly, and memorable first impressions while managing front desk operations. You will play a key part in ensuring guests feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their visit. This position suits someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for customer service and guest satisfaction. Professional presentation with a positive, friendly attitude. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments. Confidence speaking Te Reo Maori to support manuhiri and team members. Ability to speak to medium to large groups. Previous reception or customer service experience preferred (training available). Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards. Ability to work rostered shifts across a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays. Past convictions considered on a case by case basis.
