A leading cultural and tourism attraction located within Rotorua’s historic geothermal valley is seeking a customer-focused Admissions Team Member to join its Visitor Experience team.

As an Admissions Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for manuhiri, creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience from arrival through to entry. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service both in person and across phone and email channels, handling admissions and payments, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

Job Requirements

1- Minimum of 6 months previous experience handling cash and POS systems noted on your CV. 2- Willing to undergo pre-employment checks, including Ministry of Justice and drug testing. 3- Willing and able to work Weekends and Public Holidays. 4- Have a FULL class 1 driver licence AND your own car due to the times worked and location. 5- Have a Cover Letter prepared explaining why you’re the perfect fit, along with an up-to-date CV. 6- Be aware that Shortlisted applicants will be given a link to also apply Online.
