Pastoral Care Driver
About this job
The Pastoral Care Driver plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our RSE employees across the Hawkes Bay region. This role provides daily pastoral care support, including transport and in-person assistance for employees attending medical and other essential appointments. You will also assist with employee inductions and off-boarding, helping ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming experience for all workers.
Job Requirements
• Experience in a role requiring a high level of confidentiality and privacy • Confidence using technology, including phone-based apps • Experience working with people from diverse cultures and nationalities • Previous pastoral care experience or work with RSE employees is preferred but not essential
First Aid Certificate preferred but not essential as we are willing to train.
- Days of work
- Work will be available on from Monday – Sunday, on a rostered basis, with minimum 30 hours Fixed 1 year term (30 hours per week)
