Quality Control

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control specialist to help ensure every apple meets the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation. In this role, you will inspect, grade, and monitor apples throughout the handling and packing process, making sure all products consistently meet company and customer expectations. You’ll play a key role in identifying quality issues, recording findings accurately, and supporting continuous improvement.

This position requires clear communication with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, as you’ll collaborate closely with team members across production, packing, and logistics. Strong reading and writing skills are essential, including the ability to read labels, follow written procedures, and accurately record words and numbers in quality logs and reports.
