Cocktail Maker / Bartender

The Role You will contribute to an exceptional service environment, working alongside a professional and experienced team to deliver high-quality beverages in a fast-paced yet refined setting. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and presenting cocktails to a consistently high standard • Delivering knowledgeable and engaging bar service, tailored to guest preferences • Maintaining excellent bar presentation, cleanliness, and organisation at all times • Supporting daily bar operations, including stock care and service flow • Working collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service • Upholding venue brand standards, service expectations, and attention to detail • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements

About You • Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail maker (quality-focused or high-end venues preferred) • Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine interest in spirits, wine, and beverage service • Professional appearance with pride taken in personal presentation • Confident, calm, and customer-focused under pressure • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards • A positive team attitude and a passion for hospitality
