This position is essential in providing residents with the highest standard of care, delivered with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion in a supportive and nurturing environment.
What you will be doing:
• Provide all necessary assistance to assigned residents to meet their needs in relation to hygiene, nutrition, mobility and social interaction. • Ensure the residents environment is maintained to a safe and sanitary standard. • Participate in the implementation of the facilities policies, procedures, standards and quality improvement activities. • Good communication skills, written and verbal. • Show respect for the elderly as a group and as individuals.

Job Requirements
• Level 3 Health and Wellbeing, or working towards obtaining and 2yrs experience. • Can pass pre employment drug test and MOJ checks (criminal convictions). • Must Hold a Full clean drivers licence. • Can understand importance of Health and Safety procedures. • Immediate start to the right candidate. • Flexible to work rostered 24/7 rotating shifts. • This can be a physically demanding role, you will need to be physically fit for practical duties. will need to be physically fit for practical duties.

- Monday - Sunday (AM, PM, Nights and Weekend shifts) Rostered shifts. (32 hours per week)

- $28.91 - $31.23 depending on experience
