The Work Broker team are looking for Caregivers to step into a truly rewarding career where every day counts. We are working alongside multiple employers in the Hutt Valley to connect them with Caregivers new and experienced.

We are looking for new Caregivers and step into a truly rewarding career where every day counts. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while delivering the highest quality, person-first care in line with each individual care plan.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll provide personal care support, including assistance with showering, maintain accurate healthcare documentation such as medication records, and help residents stay socially active and engaged in activities they enjoy.

If you’re passionate about helping others and eager to learn, this could be the role for you. Full training provided and support to help interested candidates achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing.

Job Requirements

Willingness to assist with Personal Cares Dedication to Care and Support Strong Communication Restricted Licence or above Pass MOJ Pass Drug Test Ability to work across Monday - Sunday

Monday - Sunday rotating roster Day and Evening shifts Potential Overnights (30 hours per week)
