Duty Manager

A local Ohakune restaurant is looking for a mature, part time Duty Manager to join their hard-working team.
You will be supervising FOH and giving support to them when needed as well as serving food and drinks, taking orders from customers and helping them with any enquiries.
They are looking for someone that is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, has strong communication skills and is passionate about the Hospitality industry.
You will either already have your DM certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Hours are 3pm until 9 or 10pm, need to be able to work weekends. You will need your own reliable transport to get to work and from work.

Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role. • Need to have or be willing to get a Duty managers licence • Can work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills • Can work evening and weekends. • Knowledge about Italian food and beverages is an advantage. • Be well presented and friendly. • Own reliable transport
