Casual Support Worker
About this job
You will deliver personalized, high-quality support to clients recovering from injuries or disabilities. The goal is to help clients regain independence in their homes and community. You will work alongside a supportive coordination team and follow client-specific care plans. Key Responsibilities: • Provide in-home and community-based support for clients. • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families. • Record accurate notes and report any concerns to the coordinator. • Deliver daily personal care, including: • Assistance with showering, toileting, dressing, grooming • Provide household management support, such as: Cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, changing bed linen Meal preparation and kitchen hygiene • Support client rehabilitation goals and promote independence • Maintain accurate daily notes and report concerns or changes in client condition • Uphold client dignity, privacy, and wellbeing at all times • Follow care plans and communicate with the internal coordination team No experience is required, full training is provided and pay is based on skill level. Job Requirements
• A current full class 1 driver’s licence • A second form of ID • Qualifications are not essential, but Health and Wellbeing certificates are an advantage.
