Civil Operators and Labourers
About this job
We are seeking reliable labourers and experienced Class 2 and Class 4 drivers/WTR operators for ongoing projects across Christchurch and surrounding areas.
You’ll be working with well-established companies that have a strong pipeline of civil, earthmoving, and landscaping projects, offering consistent work and long-term opportunities, this is based in Lincoln.
Job Requirements
• Reliable transport to and from work • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Minor convictions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed during screening • At least 6 months’ experience as a Labourer, Plant Operator, and/or Class 2 or Class 4 Truck Driver within the civil construction industry • Relevant qualifications and licences, including a current Class 2 or Class 4 driver’s licence and WTR endorsements • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and other trades on site • A reliable and punctual work ethic • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in your work • Ready to start immediately and get stuck in • A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental practices • Experience in civil construction, drainage, or bulk earthworks is preferred but not essential

- Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 07:00am to 5:00pm. (40 hours per week)
