We are a busy civil construction business seeking a motivated and reliable Class 4 Road Ranger Driver to join our team.
What you will be doing:
You will be driving a class 4 Road Ranger.
A Class 4 Road Ranger Driver operates heavy rigid vehicles (over18,000) with non-synchromesh gearboxes, primarily in civil construction or transport, requiring skilled manual shifting.
Responsibilities include transporting materials, performing daily vehicle checks, and manual labouring on-site. A full Class 4 licence, proven Road Ranger experience, and a strong safety focus are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Driving: Operating heavy trucks with Road Ranger gearboxes to transport materials (aggregate, spoil) on construction sites. • Site Work: Assisting paving crews and performing general manual laboring duties. • Maintenance: Conducting pre-start checks, maintaining clean vehicles, and managing logbooks. • Safety: Adhering strictly to health and safety procedures and site-specific safety regulations.

Job Requirements
• Full class 4 licence • 1 – 2 years relevant experience • Must have proven Road Ranger experience • Strong safety focus • Must be able to pass a drug check • Convictions are considered case by case • My have reliable transport to and from work
