Customer Service Professionals- Parts Adviser

Training in the computer and ordering systems and product training will be given. Able to stay organised and manage multiple priorities Experience/knowledge in automotive parts operations is preferred A good understanding of trade markets and parts cataloguing systems is preferred Confident learning new work systems and learning/using new software Excellent phone manner and customer service skills Great communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable Good attention to detail Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages A clean driver’s licence (min. restricted but should be ready and able to pass driving test within two months of employment)
