Process worker
About this job
Duties Poultry processing- Perform tasks involved in the processing of poultry, including but not limited to plucking, eviscerating, cutting, deboning, trimming, and preparing poultry products for packaging. Various roles available.
Machine operation Operate processing machinery (e.g. conveyors, cutting machines, scales) in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
Quality control Inspect poultry products for quality and consistency, ensuring that they meet company standards for size, weight, appearance, and safety. Packaging Package poultry products into appropriate containers, ensuring correct labelling and packaging standards are followed.
Sanitation and cleaning Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and tools. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements
Work Monday to Friday between 12am (midnight) to 6pm (depending on team), most roles are early mornings with required start between 12am (midnight) and 3am. Pre-employment drug check may be required.
