About this job

You will be responsible for restaurant and bar set up, Pre, during and post service operation and clean up, precision in stock ordering, stock control, rotation and management, monthly stocktakes, cost controls, staff management, cash management, customer service levels and reporting to general managers. You will need to be able to demonstrate A problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain cool, calm and collected The ability to help create and maintain a culture of care for the staff and guests The ability and willingness to help in all departments when busy The ability to follow directions from General Managers and self-manage when alone A mindset that has the betterment of the business at the forefront A drive to maintain high levels of cleanliness and order

Job Requirements

A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience Working under pressure, high volume & high standard Being part of a small, dedicated team. Reporting accuracy and financial literacy LCQ mandatory Managers Certificate is desirable Excellent spoken and written English
