Hick Bros Civil Construction is hiring! We’re looking for experienced machine operators/labourers to join our Auckland based team as we kick off projects across North & West Auckland.
We’re looking for operators skilled in: • Excavator (GPS experience a bonus) • Moxy / ADT • Scraper • Compactor
Experience in drainage will be highly advantageous. Requirements: • Hours: Mon–Fri (12 hrs) + every Sat (6–7 hrs) • Class 1 Licence (full with RTW preferred) • Own transport • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Hold valid NZ work rights • Positive attitude & strong work ethic You’ll Need to Be: • Reliable, punctual, and proactive • Physically fit, happy working outdoors in all weather • Safety-conscious and a team player • Able to work unsupervised with a positive attitude • Drug-free, dependable, and committed to high standards

Job Requirements
