A Wellington Business is seeking a reliable Concreter, Block layer, and Bricklayer to join their construction team. This role involves a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pouring, finishing, and curing concrete • Laying bricks and concrete blocks to plans and specifications • Reading and interpreting drawings and site plans • Setting out work areas and ensuring accurate levels and alignment • Mixing and preparing materials • Maintaining a clean and safe worksite • Working effectively as part of a team and independently

Job Requirements
• Proven experience of six months plus in concreting, block laying, or bricklaying • Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain high-quality standards • Physically fit and capable of manual labour • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused • Relevant qualifications, tickets, or licences are an advantage • Convictions considered on a case-by-case basis • Must be able to pass a drug test • Must have an Up-to-date CV • Can get to site base near Island Bay by 7.00am
