Chocolatier/Production Assistant

A boutique chocolate manufacturer based in Warkworth and reporting to our Head Chocolatier and Operations Manager, you are someone who can support the team in all areas across the Chocolate Brown site, from assisting with making our award winning chocolates, packing and fulfilling orders and providing assistance to all areas within this site.
Chocolate experience is preferred but not required as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. The hourly rate will be negotiable based on experience. A willingness to learn and be part of the team is a must. Experience is an advantage but not necessary.
Job Requirements
Own transport to Warkworth as outside of Public transport hours Baking experience preferred Producing high quality chocolate production Basic understanding of Tempering and Molding Decoration and Finishing Maintain a clean and organised work station Compliance with Food Safety regulations and Health and Safety protocols Packaging and Support Collaboration and able to work as part of a wider team Fun, passionate and keen to be part of a great thing!
