Customer Support Representative
About this job
We are looking for a full-time customer support representative to work for a well-known fuel station in Tauranga Taupo. Duties include - customers. Assist with customer purchases, price enquiries and special orders. Check delivered stock against orders and ensure it is in good condition. Replenishing stock of food items, newspapers, miscellaneous items etc. Work with a passionate team to reach sales targets. Processing payments and keeping up to date with daily admin tasks, including general cleaninness and presentation of the store. Maintaining high store performance. Able to do heavy lifting.
Job Requirements
Good customer service skills Well presented Attention to detail You will be required to work between Monday-Sunday minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours as per roster. This role requires you to be flexible with working hours which includes late evening shifts including public holidays.
