• To determine customer requirements and advise on product range and price • Handling Checkouts: Preparing sales invoices and accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods. • Assisting with the ongoing management of stocks such as product inventories and participating in stock takes • Demonstrating and explaining to customers goods and services • You will also be responsible for ensuring our Grocery area is clean & tidy • To safely unload and receive inwards goods. • To verify and check goods match documentation. • To report and follow up on any variations between documentation and inwards goods. • To fill grocery shelves and displays as required. • To re-stack and organize stock within the storeroom. • To break down bulk orders and reorganize them as appropriate for immediate shelf filling, later filling or storage.

• Workable communication skills include reading, writing and cash handling. • NZ Register Level 1 qualification, or compulsory secondary education • Should be available to work weekdays and weekends according to the roster. • Can work autonomously un-supervised when required using own initiative. • Should Have a good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 15-20 kgs bags manually.
