Sales Consultant

The role involves servicing our existing customer base and creating new opportunities. A typical day will involve five hours of canvassing in the field talking to homeowners and providing tailored roof appraisals (from the ground), as well as three hours of following up with homeowners who were not home, and with existing customers. Full training will be provided, giving you the expertise to provide homeowners with tailored roof maintenance solutions. You will be someone who: • Is motivated by commission and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets • Is confident with door knocking and cold calling • Enjoys building rapport and talking with homeowners • Is resilient, energetic, and self-motivated • Has excellent communication and listening skills • Is organised and diligent with follow-ups • Thrives in a competitive, results-driven environment • Can identify opportunities in the B2C market

This is a full-time salaried position, 40 hours of work per week guaranteed. Because the role involves talking to homeowners, these hours will often be worked outside of normal business hours. This flexibility in hours will appeal to you. Great time management is a must. You will be provided with a phone, iPad, uniform, and company car for business purposes. In addition, you will be rewarded with a competitive package! Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential—we value attitude, work ethic, and coachability just as much.
