Hands On Role, Seasonal Part Time, Available till May Do you enjoy practical work, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your effort turn into quality food products? We’re looking for a Food Processor to join our orchard operation and help transform fresh picked fruit into high quality products our customers love. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, hardworking environment where no two days are the same. About the Role As a Food Processor, you’ll be involved in the preparation and processing of orchard grown produce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and to a high standard from orchard to finished product. Key Responsibilities Minimise waste of food lost through value adding Cutting, Roasting and freezing produce Bottling and making juice Operating basic food processing equipment Assisting customers and in the shop when required Following food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures Cleaning and maintaining processing areas and equipment Assisting with labelling, storage, and dispatch
