Production Team Member

We’re a multi-award-winning artisan bakery based in Levin/Horowhenua, producing high-quality handcrafted bread and baked goods for both retail and wholesale customers across New Zealand.
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Production Team Member to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment, where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter.
The Role You’ll be trained across key areas of our production process, which may include:
Dough preparation and baking
Packing and order assembly
General production and food handling
No prior baking experience is required — full training will be provided.
Job Requirements
• Is reliable, honest, and hardworking • Works quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail • Can follow systems and instructions • Positive, team-focused attitude • physically fit and comfortable standing most of the day and lifting 12.5-25kgs • Communication skills and basic numeracy • Reliable transport to get to work • Flexibility with hours, including weekends and peak periods • New Zealand resident (no sponsorship available) • Food safety awareness (an advantage)
