We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Hamilton store and drive strong business performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for sales results, team development, customer experience, and operational excellence.

About the Role As Store Manager, you will be accountable for maximising store profitability while leading and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure company values, policies, and operational standards are consistently met, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and achieve key business KPIs and store budgets Lead, coach, and develop a team to build capability and engagement Manage wages, rostering, and staffing in line with budgeted KPIs and policies Champion a high standard of customer service and customer experience Identify opportunities to attract new customers and build long-term loyalty Ensure operational standards are delivered on time and within budget Oversee store administration and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Manage inventory in line with company policies, reviewing results and addressing issues Support and lead the successful execution of inventory and operational plans Lead by example in health and safety practices, ensuring team compliance at all times

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a medium-sized retail store Proven experience leading teams of 10 or more staff Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver strong commercial and operational results Class1 Full driver licence required Confident and capable of leading the Service Fitment program from the front Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Days of work
5 days, mixture of weekdays and weekends on rotation. (40 hours per week)
