A well-established Stratford-based joinery business is seeking an experienced Timber Joiner to join their team. This role offers a mix of workshop based manufacturing and on site installation, working on high quality custom timber projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and install kitchens • Produce and install timber windows, including double hung windows • Manufacture and install French doors and staircases • Glazing of windows and doors • Work both in the workshop and on site as required
Skills & Experience Required:
• Trade-qualified or experienced timber joiner • Confident using joinery machinery, including: Spindle moulder, Morticer, Tenoner, Table saw, Edgebander, & Power sanders • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected local joinery business working on a wide range of traditional and custom timber projects.
Job Requirements
• You will need experience using Spindle Molder, Morticer, Tenoner, Power Sanders, Table Saw and Edgebander. • NZ Drivers Licence required. • Must pass MOJ • Must pass drug check
