The job: • Maintain and reconcile inventory records • Manage batching of creditor payments • Support balance sheet reconciliations • Provide support across the finance and administration team as required • Contribute to strong compliance, documentation, and day-to-day finance operations You: • Have proven experience in an accounts or finance administration role • Bring excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Are organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks • Have sound reconciliation and GST knowledge • Communicate clearly and work well with people at all levels • Take ownership of your work and support the wider team • Share Hume’s values – authentic, resourceful, and nimble
Job Requirements
- Must have a restricted driver's license- No criminal convictions - Must have at least 1 - 2 years’ work experience. - Must have Office/administration skills - Must be able to pass random drug testing - Must have excellent communication skills. - Must be a team player - Must be flexible with hours during the peak season
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm Extra hours may be required. (40 hours per week)

- $25.8 - a higher rate is dependent on work experience
