The job: • Manage reception duties, including meeting and greeting growers • Process accounts payable functions, including supplier invoices, statement reconciliations, and invoice queries • Ensure accurate coding, compliance, and documentation of financial transactions • Provide general support across the finance and administration team • Contribute to efficient, well-organised day-to-day finance operations You: • Proven experience in an accounts or finance administration role • Strong accounts payable knowledge and experience with high-volume processing • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Well organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities • Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • A proactive team player with a professional and positive approach

Job Requirements

- Must have a restricted driver's license- No criminal convictions - Must have at least 1 - 2 years’ work experience. - Must have Office/administration skills - Must be able to pass random drug testing - Must have excellent communication skills. - Must be a team player - Must be flexible with hours during the peak season

Days of work
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm Extra hours may be required. (40 hours per week)
Pay Details
$25.85 - higher rate is dependent on work experience.
