Previous experience and an LCQ is essential as we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
Your tasks may include but are not limited to: - Oversee the running of the restaurant - Stocktake and order supplies as needed including working with the suppliers - Work with the head chef to ensure a smooth restaurant dining experience - Look after emails and respond in a professional manner - Create the roster to ensure coverage during restaurant opening hours
Job Requirements
- Professional and well presented - Great communication and comfortable managing a fast-paced environment - Minimum Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ). An ideal candidate would hold a bar managers certificate but is not an essential. - Flexibility with hours is required, as the restaurant closing times may vary based on customer demand - 35 hours minimum. - Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends would be advantageous, however, is open to discussion. - Must be able to pass MOJ

- Be available over a rostered split shift between the hours of 10am-2:30pm and 5pm-9pm. (35 hours per week)
