An employer located in Kaponga is seeking an experienced Welder / Pipe Fitter to join their team, delivering high-quality engineering and mechanical solutions across a range of projects.

You will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and welding of piping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pipe fitting and welding to drawings, isometrics, and specifications • Weld in accordance with ASME standards and quality requirements • Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair piping systems • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety — safety is business-as-usual • Work collaboratively as part of a skilled, well-rounded team • Represent the employer professionally and support client reputation
Essential Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Welder / Pipe Fitter • Valid ASME welding certification (or ability to obtain/maintain certification) • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols • Experience with relevant welding processes • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Must pass MOJ (police check) • Must pass a drug check • Must be physically fit • Must be available for occasional weekend work
