Our Whangarei based employer offers a global professional answering service tailored to the unique needs of customers worldwide. We are seeking bright, bubbly customer focused candidates to fill their fulltime Call Centre Customer Service position. Duties will include but are not limited to answering and transferring phone or mobile calls, managing and scheduling appointments, relaying messages or call backs via SMS txt and email. Experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous however full training is provided.
Job Requirements
Be able to type accurately at minimum of 40 words per minute- You can test your own Typing speed here- https://www.typingtest.com/ - Have reliable transport to get to CBD on time- Please note that FULL Class 1 Driver licence and having your own transport is required. - Be drug free and able to pass random testing. - MOJ - Any convictions to be disclosed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ** Pls note that only the shortlisted applicants will be contacted after applying.

- Rostered over 7 days (5 Day Shifts with 2 days off) Must have avail to work weekends. Shift Hours: 6.30am -2.30pm, 3pm - 11pm (40 hours per week)
