CBD employer is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team.
Sous Chef who thrives in a creative, high-energy kitchen and knows how to lead from the front. This role is for a hands-on culinary leader who inspires teams, drives quality, and lives for great food and great vibes.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation to Radisson RED standards
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cost control procedures
- Contribute to menu development and creative concepts
Job Requirements
What You Bring:
- Proven 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Leadership skills with a collaborative, people-first mindset
- Strong culinary knowledge and passion for modern cuisine
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Days of work
- Various shifts Mon to Sun from 6am to 11pm (40 hours per week)
- Pay Details
- $62,000 – $67,000 per year
