We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join our growing civil construction team.
This role suits motivated workers with hands-on experience across infrastructure, roading, and site preparation, who take pride in working safely and delivering quality results.
You will be involved in a wide range of civil works, supporting crews across multiple projects and contributing to the successful delivery of construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities • Trenching and excavation • Digging pits and laying pipes • Assisting with drainage and underground services • Pouring and finishing concrete • Setting up and stripping formwork • Supporting asphalt, paving, and roading works • Machinery Operation & Support • Assisting with traffic management (spotting) • Moving materials and maintaining tidy work sites • Following OHS and site safety procedures at all times

Job Requirements
• Experience in concrete prep, placing, and finishing. • Ability to assist with a range of civil works. • Full Class 1 driver licence required. • Own reliable vehicle required. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Ability to work well in a team environment. • Must pass a pre-employment drug test. • Convictions considered on a case-by-case basis.
