Customer and Operations Manager

Our employer is looking for a Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager this role is a critical role and we are looking for some one with previous work experience and is extremely organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once, strong eye for detail with accuracy being critical. Meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure and have a calm approach to solving issues. A good knowledge of computers and administration systems as well as Xero.
Job Requirements
This role is all about being at the centre of the business — handling enquiries, quoting, ensuring artwork is correct, coordinating production jobs, managing supplier orders, and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day.
