HORNBY: A busy, well-established workshop in Hornby looking for a mechanically minded office person to join our team.
This role suits someone who understands how a workshop runs and is happy working in an office environment.
Key duties: - Customer bookings & phone enquiries - Job cards, quoting & invoicing - Parts ordering - Liaising between mechanics & customers - WOF & service administration

Job Requirements
-Proven experience in the automotive industry - Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to walk-in customers and maintain professional phone etiquette - Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented - Confident and comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers - Able to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced office environment - Full Class 1 Driver Licence, with the ability to carry out vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs as required

- Mon- Friday, 8am - 5pm, sometimes Saturday upon request (40 hours per week)
