BOAT DETAILER WANTED – TURN HEADS ON THE WATER!

Do you love working with your hands, being outdoors, and seeing instant results from a job well done? We’re on the lookout for a Boat Detailer (Vinyl applicator) to join our hardworking team and help keep some of the best boats looking showroom-ready.

About the Role

As a Boat Detailer, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and detailing a variety of vessels, from pleasure boats to high end watercraft. No two days are the same, and you’ll take pride in transforming boats to their absolute best.

Key Responsibilities

Full interior and exterior boat detailing

Washing, polishing, buffing, and waxing hulls

Cleaning cabins, decks, and fittings

Applying protective coatings and finishes

Spotting imperfections and taking pride in the finer details

Working safely around marine equipment and chemicals

What We’re Looking For

A strong work ethic and great attention to detail

Previous detailing, signwriting, automotive, marine, or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential, training provided for the right person)

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

A genuine interest in boats or marine environments is a big plus

Able to travel nationally and sometimes internationally If you take pride in quality workmanship and love seeing a job shine, we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements

- Must be able to pass a Police check and Drug and Alcohol - Signwriting experience preferable - Full Class 1 Drivers License required - Able to travel nationally and internationally (Passport required) - Reliable with a great attitude and presentation - Not afraid of heights and can manually lift up to 20kgs - Previous detailing or signwriting experience beneficial. But will provide full training for the right person

Days of work
Approximate 40 hrs per week. Mon - Fri. Times and days may vary dependant on jobs and travel (40 hours per week)

$28.00 - $35 per hr
